2. Quote: Generate an instant price quote for your event. Browse our packages, options, and upgrades.  Instantly calculate custom quotes that you can print out for your reference.  What affects the price of my quote-->
  • We recognize that your initial instant quote that you receive may not be an exact fit based on a number of different factors.  Don’t worry, you can go back and customize your package and additional options as many times as you like.  
  • We would also like the opportunity for one of our event specialists to help you customize your package to best match your needs & budget.  We can suggest package combinations that can help save you time and money.  Call us toll free anytime for a custom quote.

3. Reserve: Once you are satisfied with our quote your event details get submitted directly to us.  You can instantly print an official Performance Agreement using our Online Booking System or an email will be sent to you ASAP with an official quote.  Once both of the simple steps are met as listed below, your event reservation will be complete and we can guarantee our services. 
  • Performance Agreement: Read, sign and fax or mail the Performance Agreement back to us and we can guarantee our services (deposit also required).
  • Retainer Fee: A retainer fee (deposit) is required and must be received by the date indicated on the Performance Agreement to guarantee services.  Learn more about booking-->

4. Plan: Once you book an event with us, you will gain access to our Client Area.  This is a gateway to many tools that you can use to plan your event as mentioned below, such as the Music Database and Planning Forms, Event Timelines and more. You can conveniently create, edit and submit your event information directly to your DJ from any computer with internet access.
