Once you book an event with us, you will gain access to our client area.  This is a gateway to many tools that you can use to plan your event as mentioned below, such as the Music Database and Planning Forms, Event Timelines and more. You can conveniently create, edit and submit your event information directly to your DJ from any computer with internet access. • Planning Forms: Design and coordinate every specific detail for your event, from location and times to first dances and bridal party introductions.  Our forms are customizable for weddings, parties, or any event. You can even save their work for continued progress. Upon completion, electronically submit your planning forms directly to your DJ. This helps to save paper and increase efficiency.
• Event Timeline: Design and create an unlimited number of event timelines, completely tailored to your event and the types of activities performed during those events. Our online system will allow us to coordinate with you and other vendors (i.e. Banquet facility) the precise sequence of activities to take place during your special event. Timelines are savable for ongoing progress and upon completion, electronically submit your timeline directly to your DJ. This helps to save paper and increase efficiency.
• Music Database: You can search our most up-to-date music library online.  Keyword searching, browsing, listen to audio samples, view song suggestions, and build four custom request lists for your event, including a must play and do not play list.  In addition, you can attach special instructions or dedications to songs. You can plan the music for you entire event and save your lists for continued progress.
• Guest Request: A fun optional feature that allows your guests to login and contribute towards a master music request list. You can select how many requests you want each guest to be able to make to match the diverse musical tastes of everyone. You can optionally password protect this tool for added security. Guests can not alter another guest's requests, only their own.  Don’t worry, as the event planner you also have the final approval on what songs are acceptable to play at your event.   It’s fun, easy and gets everyone involved.
